Do you keep a maintenance log for your car? If so, how do you record it?

Some random NetCarShow A6 pictures you your time.

Yep, I am pretty OCD about my car, so everything has to be nice and neatly organized.

I have a binder with document protectors in it for all receipts and service information in chrono order. The “pretty” factor helps a lot when selling. I also use the “fuelly” ap for gas and oil changes.

Yes.

Excel, I enter the date, mileage, stuff done, and on the rare occasions I use a shop I enter their name/phone in rows and attach photos/scans of receipts as objects in the last cell of the row.

I record my service history in plain .txt file. I record the date, mileage, and service performed. Lately, I have gotten into the habit of even noting the brand and part number of any items replaced.

A file with all the receipts in chronological order, and an excel spreadsheet. For both cars.

No, that’s some S-Line edition or something.

Sport cloth seats, white gauges, aluminium trim and perf leather sw.

I use the app “Gas Cubby”. They were sold to somebody else so I don’t know if you can still get the app, but it’s a nice gas milage tracking app and has options to enter maintenance and milage as well.

I have a regular notebook from Staples with lined paper that I write down each repair and staple the receipt to. I try to remember to right down the date, mileage, and any notes about the repair next to it. This is more so for my own uses, just so I can track oil changes and other stuff. I’ve had the car for a year and it has worked pretty good thus far. Probably would also help if I ever planned on selling it (which is likely never)
